2 / Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at info@brittanychristina.com.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

No-shows will be considered forfeited appointments and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If technical issues occur on the client’s end (internet outages, inability to access the call), rescheduling will be allowed once within a reasonable timeframe.

All discussions and audit findings will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

We reserve the right to showcase before-and-after transformations for marketing purposes, but we will always obtain permission before sharing specific details.
